  3. 1/2 cup margarine

  4. 1 cup sugar

  5. 1 cup brown sugar

  9. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  10. 1/2 teaspoon ginger

  11. 1/2 teaspoon cloves

  12. 1/2 cup chopped nuts

  14. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  15. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  16. 1/2 teaspoon salt Pour water over oats and allow to sit for 1/2 hour. Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla.
