  3. 8 oz. salsa, a little hotter than how you'd normally like it

  4. 8 oz brick/bar of cream cheese Place the cream cheese on a platter with a slight lip. Pour the

  5. salsa over the cream cheese, try to keep a lot on top of the cream

  6. cheese but some off of it, and try to keep it away from the very

  7. edge (if possible) so that it won't spill. Arrange the chips around

  8. the cream cheese and salsa, or serve in the bowls or straight out

  9. of the bag.
