  2. 50 g 20 g 10 g 1 stalk

  4. 1 teaspoon 10 g Seasoning B

  5. 1 teaspoon each 1 teaspoon each Baby bok choy

  6. Carrots

  7. Black fungus

  8. Spring onion

  9. Pork loin

  10. Eggs

  11. Dark soy sauce

  12. Cornstarch

  13. Salt, dark soy sauce

  14. Rice wine, sesame oil

  1. Cut the baby bok choy into sections.

  2. Blanch and shred the carrots and black fungus.

  3. Mince the spring onion.

  4. Rinse and cut the pork loin into thickshreds, mix with Seasoning A and marinate for 5 minutes.

  5. Beat the eggs and fry to make an omelet.

  6. Remove and shred when cooled.

  7. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and stirfry the spring onion, followed by the carrots, black fungus, omeletshreds, and pork shreds.

  8. After a while, add in bok choy andSeasoning B.

  9. Stir fry well and serve hot.
