  1. 3 tbs Goya olive oil

  2. 1 med onion(sliced)

  3. 2 large pork chops(cut in bite size)

  4. 4 Goya chorizo sausage(slice in 1/2 inch slices)

  5. 1 tbs oregano

  6. 1 tbs garlic powder salt / pepper to taste

  7. 4-6 cups water

  8. 1 small can tomato paste

  9. 1 pound Ziti macararoni cooked

  10. 1 Philadelphia cream cheese

  1. cook macaroni per label instruction, set aside. in a large pot saute onion, then add pork, and sausage, oregano, garlic powder and salt to taste; cook for approx.

  2. min, then add 3 cups of water, lower heat and simmer until tender. add small can tomato paste and the rest of water to make a sause. (add extra water if needed) add macaroni and cream cheese, lower heat to a slow simmer until all cheese has melted and create a pink sauce. serve with garlic bread. Enjoy
