  2. 4 Whole eggs

  3. 2 Cups granulated sugar

  4. 1 Cup heavy cream

  5. 1 Cup butter -- melted

  6. 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour

  7. 1/2 Cup mashed pumpkin

  8. 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla flavoring

  9. 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust

  10. Whipped topping (for garnish)

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar,cream, butter, flour, pumpkin and vanilla.

  2. Mix until well blended and smooth. Pour incrust. Bake at 350° about 40minutes, or until firm.

  3. Decorate with whipped topping. Chill ifdesired.
