  1. 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese

  2. 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese

  3. 1 c. chopped pecans

  4. 4 cloves finely chopped garlic cloves

  5. 1/2 c. ripe olives chopped hot sauce to taste

  1. Preparation : Grate cheese,allow to soften. Allow cream cheese to soften. Knead all ingredients together. Form into 4 rolls. roll each roll in chili powder. Wrap each roll in wax paper,allow to chill in refridgerator.
