  2. 1 leg of lamb

  3. fresh mint

  4. dry mustard

  5. pepper

  6. onion juice

  7. 1/2 cup butter

  8. 1/2 clove garlic

  9. 1 tablespoon grated onion

  10. 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

  11. salt and pepper

  1. Directions :

  2. Preheat the barbecue or indoor grill.

  3. Have the butcher bone and flatten the leg of lamb. At least 2 hours before cooking, cover the leg with fresh mint. Rub with dry mustard, pepper and onion juice.

  4. Mix together 1/4 cup of the butter, the 1/2 clove garlic and a tablespoon of minced onion. Gently cook for 5 minutes to create a sauce. Take out the garlic and add 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves and the last 1/4 cup of butter.

  5. Place the lamb on the grill and brush often with the warm sauce while it cooks. After 20 minutes, season the meat with salt and pepper and turn it over to grill on the other side.

  6. If you like your lamb pink, it should be done in 35-45 minutes. If you prefer well-done, it will take about 15 minutes longer.
