  1. 1 whole winter melon

  2. 160 g fresh scallops

  3. 250 g prawns

  4. 25 g lotus seeds

  5. 8 pcs clams

  6. 1 cup broth salt and ground black pepper to taste

  1. Preparation (instructions) Wash winter melon, cut the top part and scoop out the seeds. Reserve the top part and set aside the winter melon. Place remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Transfer into the winter melon, cover the top part and place in a double boiler. Cook for 2 1/4 hours and serve immediately.
