  1. 2 teaspoons Olive oil

  2. 2 Garlic cloves

  3. cup Each green beans & broccoli chopped to bite size pieces

  4. cup Zucchini, thinly sliced

  5. 1 cup Roma tomatoes, diced

  6. 1 cup Pasta, cooked

  7. 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated

  8. 1 ounce Salami

  9. ounce Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  1. In a non-stick skillet, saute the first 5 ingredients until vegetables start to soften. Add remaining ingredients and cook cover for 5-10 minutes.

  2. We usually add a generous shake of red pepper flakes to spice this up; and you can use whatever veggies you have on hand or like.
