  1. 4 Eggs - slightly beaten

  2. 4 tablespoons 60ml Flour

  3. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Sour cream

  5. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Parmesan cheese - (to 1/2)

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Grated Swiss cheese

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dried minced onion

  1. Recipe Instructions In a medium bowl, mix eggs, flour, milk, Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese and minced onion. Pour into lightly greased quiche dish or pie plate which holds 1 1/2 quarts. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden. This recipe yields 4 servings. Variations: u Add 1/2 cup chopped ham u Add 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled u Add 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry u Add 1 can sliced mushrooms or 1/2 cup fresh sauteed mushrooms u Add 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme Do Ahead Tip: Prepare mixture and pour into greased pans.
