  1. Spring Green Onion Soup

  3. 4 cup potatoes, chopped

  4. 1 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  5. 2 bn green onions, chopped

  6. 2 Tbsp oil

  7. 2 vegetable bouillon cubes

  8. 3 tsp tamari

  9. 3 tsp parsley

  10. 1 tsp liquid sweetener

  11. 1 1/2 tsp paprika

  12. 1 tsp sea salt

  13. 1 tsp dill weed

  14. 1 tsp thyme cayenne pepper, dashes

  15. sea kelp, several dashes

  16. 1/2 tsp vegetable broth powder

  17. 2 1/2 cup water or stock Steam the green onions and celery until tender. In a large frying pan,

  18. saute the green onion in oil for 1-2 minutes, then add all the

  19. seasonings and saute 1 more minute. Filling the blender twice, blend

  20. all the ingredients until fairly smooth, lovely green light green

  21. soup is created.

  22. Simmer everything on medium heat for 15-25 minutes until the bite is

  23. off the onions and the flavours mingle.

  24. Serve hot with bread, crackers, or other accompaniments.
