  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Thyme - basil or oregano

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Onion chopped (medium)

  4. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Cod or other white fleshed Firm fish cut 1" cubes

  5. 2 1/2 cups 156g / 5 1/2oz Canned tomatoes Chopped with liquid

  6. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Scallops

  7. 1" pieces

  8. 1 Bay leaf

  9. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Raw shrimp cleaned

  10. 1 Cayenne pepper Salt and pepper to taste.

  11. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Fennel seed optional

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine tomatoes, garlic, onion, and seasoning in saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cod and simmer gently for 2 minutes, add scallops and simmer 2 minutes, add shrimp and simmer 3-5 minutes, just until shrimp turns pink.
