  1. 1 (3 ounce) package cherry Jell-O

  2. 1 cup boiling water

  3. 1 cup cold water

  4. 1/2 cup Carnation Evaporated Milk

  5. 1 pinch salt

  6. 3/4 cup sour cream

  7. 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Dissolve 1 small pkg. cherry jello in 1 cup boiling water.

  2. Add 1 cup cold water and stir well.

  3. Stir in 1/2 cup carnation evaporated milk and pinch of salt.

  4. Let set in refrigerator until slightly thickened.

  5. Fold in 3/4 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup chopped walnuts.

  6. Refrigerate. Let set until firm.
