  1. 500 grams of Fusilli

  2. fresh parmasan cheese 500 grams of Fusilli

  3. 1/2 lemon

  4. 3 Italian sausages (it does not matter what kind as long as they are good quality)

  5. Dried chillis

  6. red pesto sauce

  7. fresh parmasan cheese

  1. Grill the sausages

  2. remove the skins from the grilled sausages and empty the meat into a large frying pan with a little olive oil

  3. add the crushed chillis, squeeze half the lemon and x1 large table spoon of red pesto into the pan and heat gently, stirring occasionally

  4. cook the pasta

  5. serve and sprinkle the fresh parmasan cheese ontop

  6. enjoy!
