  1. 1/4 pound bulk chorizo or pork sausage

  2. 1 Italian bread shell or purchased pizza crust (12 inches in diameter)

  3. 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 ounces)

  4. 1 jar (8 ounces) salsa

  5. 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

  6. 1/2 cup drained canned black beans or 1 can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained

  1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Cook sausage in 8-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle bread shell with 1 cup of the cheese. Top with salsa, sausage, bell pepper and beans. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  2. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted.
