  1. 250g block eating chocolate (dark, milk or white)

  2. cup taosted shredded coconut

  3. 150g chopped lollies (your choice but snakes, rasperries or jubes work well)

  4. 60g nuts (unsalted peanutes or almonds )

  5. 300g chopped marshmallows

  1. • Line base of a slice tin with non-stick baking paper.

  2. • Melt chocolate until smooth • Add remaining ingredients and stir until fully coated in chocolate • Spoon into tin and refrigerate Once chocolate had hardenened cut into slices
