  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. 1/4 cup, Carrot

  3. 1/4 cup chopped

  4. Rice 2 cups

  5. Lemon Juice 2 t.spoon

  6. Turmeric 1/4 t.spoon

  7. Mustard 1/4 t.spoon

  8. Urad dhall 1 t.spoon

  9. Channa dhall 2 t.spoons

  10. Green chilles 2 chopped

  11. Red chilles 2

  12. Hing a small pinch

  13. Ginger a small piece chopped

  14. Roasted Methi powder 1/4 t.spoon

  15. Cilantro a small bunch washed and chopped

  16. Cooking oil 3 t.spoons

  17. Salt 3/4 t.spoon

  18. DIRECTIONS:

  19. Cook rice with less water as you would cook for pulauv.

  20. Fry mustard, urad dhall, channa dhall, hing, red chilles,

  21. turmeric, green chillies, and ginger in oil. Add lemon juice

  22. and salt to the above and mix it well. Add cooked rice and mix it gently.

  23. Boil the vegetables with less water, and a pinch of salt.

  24. Mix the vegetables, rice, and methi powder well. Garnish with

  25. chopped cilantro.
