  2. 3/4 cup 177ml Chicken broth

  3. 4 oz 113g Gorgonzola cheese

  4. Salt

  5. Freshly ground pepper

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped walnuts - toasted

  1. Bring cream and broth to a boil. Reduce heat; cook for 5 minutes. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until smooth, then stir in walnuts.
