  1. 1/4 Cup sugar free maple syrup

  3. 2 Cups canned sliced carrots -- rinsed and drained

  1. Preparation : In a skillet combine syrup and nuts. Bring to a boil and add carrots. Lower heat and simmer for a few minutes until carrots are heated through.
