  8. 1/3 cup sugar

  9. 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats

  10. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  11. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  12. 1/4 teaspoon salt,

  13. 1 each powdered egg substitute,

  14. 11/2 tsp. mixed with

  15. 3 TBS

  16. water)

  17. 1/3 cup corn syrup, ,light or dark (or substitute honey)

  18. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  19. Mix egg replacer, vanilla and syrup. In separate bowl, mix dry

  20. ingredients, make a well, add liquid and stir till moistened. On

  21. a spritzed baking sheet, form approx. 2 dozen cookies. Bake at

  22. 350F for about 10 minutes Cool on sheet/wire rack for minutes.
