    1. 4 teaspoons 20ml Size potatoes (medium)

    2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cumin seeds

    3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

    4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Mango powder

    5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Hot pepper

    6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Garam masala

    7. Oil - (to fill pan to 2")

    1. Boil potatoes until cooked but not overdone.

    2. Peel and cut into 1/2" cubes.

    3. Heat oil very hot, add and brown cumin seeds.

    4. Add potatoes and fry until they are golden brown. Add the remaining ingredients and fry for 2-3 minutes. more. Remove from oil with a slotted spoon.

    5. Serve hot.

    6. Tips: Use enough oil that the potatoes will not need to be stirred often, and thus avoid breaking them up.
