  1. 1 cup(s) mayonnaise

  2. 1 1/2 cup(s) sour cream

  3. 1 package(s) frozen spinach , thawed and drained

  4. 1 package(s) dry veggie soup mix , i like Knorr's

  5. 3 red onions , diced

  6. 2 handful(s) fresh dill , if dried, use

  7. 3 teaspons

  8. 2 tablespoon(s) red vinegar

  9. 1 package(s) pumpernickel bread slices (small)

  1. Thaw and drain the spinach (you can use the microwave to get it going if it's really frozen)

  2. Mix all ingredients together in small bowl.

  3. Serve with small slices of pumpernickel bread.
