  1. 1/4 c Olive oil

  2. 4 ea Garlic cloves, crushed

  3. 1 ea Handful fresh parsley, finely chopped

  4. 1 ts Marjoram

  5. 1 lb Sliced mushrooms

  6. 2 c Canned plum tomatoes

  7. Salt & pepper

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan & cook the garlic, parsley & marjoram for 1 minute.

  2. Add sliced mushrooms & cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes.

  3. Add tomatoes, salt & pepper.

  4. Cook over high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken.

  5. Serve over 1lb pasta.
