  1. Lemon Butter

  2. 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, softened

  3. 1tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  4. 1tbsp fresh lemon juice

  5. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  6. Cream all the ingredients in a small bowl. Form the mixture in a

  7. cylinder and wrap in waxed paper. Chill until ready to use.
