  1. Cake :

  2. 1 1/2 cups sugar

  3. 2 cups flour

  4. 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  5. 2 tsp baking soda

  6. 2 tsp baking powder

  7. 1 tsp salt

  8. 4 egg s, beaten

  9. 1 1/2 cups cooking oil

  10. 2 cups raw shredded carrot s

  11. 1 cup drained crushed pineapple

  12. 1 cup chopped walnut s

  13. 1 tsp vamilla

  14. Frosting :

  15. 3 to 4 ounces cream cheese

  16. 1/2 cube ( 1/4 cup) margarine

  17. 1/2 to 1 pound powdered sugar

  18. 1/2 cup chopped nut s

  19. 1 tsp vanilla

  1. Cake:

  2. Combine dry ingredients (sugar through salt).

  3. Add remainder of ingredients.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 to 50 minutes.

  5. Frosting:

  6. Mix together and spread. Makes enough to frost the top of rectangle cake in pan.
