  1. 1/2 Onion (medium)

  2. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Red wine vinegar

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  5. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Dried oregano

  6. 1 Pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. In food processor or blender, chop onion finely.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and process 30-60 seconds until fairly smooth.

  3. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. NOTES : Also great as dip for raw vegetables.
