  2. 1/2 cup chopped semisweet chocolate

  3. 3 tbsp. light corn syrup

  4. 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, divided

  5. 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate

  6. assorted cookes and fruit chunks

  1. Combine the semisweet chocolate, corn syrup and 2 tbsp. cream in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until the chocolate starts to melt. Stir the chocolate until smooth. Combine the white chocolate and remaining cream in a microwaveable bowl and microwave about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until starting to melt. Stir the chocolate until smooth. Pour both chocolate mixtures into a bowl at the same time so half the bowl is dark chocolate and the other half white. Serve the fondue immediately with assorted cookies and fruit chunks for dipping.
