  1. 2 1/2 lb. shoulder of mutton

  2. Lard 3 Ounce

  3. Onions 7 Ounce

  4. Garlic 1 Clove (5gm)

  5. Red paprika

  6. Salt To Taste

  7. 5 oz. tinned lecso

  1. Directions Chop mutton into small cubes, wash and scald well, and then wash again in cold water.

  2. Fry chopped onion in lard, mix in red paprika and chopped garlic, and dilute with some water; boil for a few mins.

  3. Add the chopped and scalded mutton, dilute with some water, salt and cook until tender.

  4. Add lecso and bring to boil again.
