  1. 1 15-ounce can low-sodium black beans, drained

  2. 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

  3. 1/3 cup finely chopped onion

  4. 1/3 cup no-salt-added tomato sauce

  5. 1 tsp cumin

  6. 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mash black beans with a fork or potato masher. Add breadcrumbs, onion, tomato sauce, cumin and cilantro. Blend with a fork. Form into 4 patties.
