  1. 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted

  2. 1 pound pork boneless top loin

  3. 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick

  4. 1/3 cup sesame seed

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 teaspoon paprika

  7. 1 teaspoon ground mustard

  8. 2 eggs

  9. 2 tablespoons milk

  10. 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted

  11. Sweet and sour sauce or mustard, if desired

  12. 425 F. Spread

  13. 1 tablespoon melted margarine in rectangular pan,

  14. 13x9x2 inches. Trim excess fat from pork; cut pork into 1/4-inch slices. Cut slices into strips

  15. 1/4 inch wide.

  16. Stir together Bisquick, sesame seed, salt, paprika and mustard. Beat eggs and milk with fork. Dip pork strips into egg mixture; coat with sesame seed mixture. Place pork strips in single layer in pan. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted margarine over pork.

  17. 30 to 35 minutes or until brown and crisp. Serve with sauce.

  18. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Use jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch.
