  4. Sugar, 1 large onion,

  5. Chopped, 3 tablespoons

  6. Dijon-style mustard, 1

  7. teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. In a ceramic or glass dish combine the bourbon, the soy sauce, the sugar, the onion, the mustard, and the Worcestershire sauce. Use the marinade to marinate pork, beef, or chicken in the refrigerator overnight and to baste it as it is grilled.
