  2. 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked cup nonfat sour cream cup finely chopped celery

  3. 1 tablespoon white wine, tarragon or cider vinegar

  5. 4 slices Havarti, Muenster or part skim Mozzarella cheese

  6. 8 slices whole grain bread
