  1. 1/2 cup Butter

  2. 10 Eggs

  3. 1/4 cup All-purpose Flour

  4. 1/2 tsp Salt

  5. 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  6. shredded - 1/2

  7. 4 oz can Diced Green Chilies

  8. 1 pt Cottage Cheese

  9. 2 Green Onions , diced

  1. Melt butter; set aside and let cool. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl until light. Add flour, salt, baking powder, shredded cheese, and melted butter. Stir in chilies and cottage cheese. Pour into a buttered 9 X 13 baking dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until browned and center is firm. Sprinkle with green onions and serve along with other breakfast/brunch choices.
