  2. Title: Pink Marble Pudding

  5. 2 c Rhubarb, fresh or frozen

  6. -OR canned stewed, sweetened

  7. 2 c Raspberries, fresh or frozen

  8. -OR canned and sweetened

  9. 14 Fig cookies; crumbled

  10. 1 c Sugar

  11. 1 c Heavy cream

  12. 1 ts Vanilla

  13. 3 tb Confectioners' sugar

  14. Combine rhubarb and raspberries. Puree them through food mill or sieve.

  15. Place in saucepan with sugar and crumbled fig cookies. Heat slowly,

  16. stirring constantly until fig cookies are almost blended into mixture.

  17. When cool, place in refrigerator to chill. Just before serving, whip

  18. cream with vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Place fig mixture in dessert

  19. glasses alternately with spoonfuls of whipped cream. Top with cream and serve very cold. Fancy enough for a party, this is simple enough for 6 to
