  1. 2 slices bread (I like sourdough!)

  2. 2 slices roasted deli chicken (about 30 g)

  3. 2 teaspoons pesto sauce

  4. 1 slice provolone cheese

  5. 2 teaspoons margarine

  1. Arrange chicken, pesto, and cheese between the two slices of bread.

  2. Spread outsides of sandwich with margarine.

  3. Cook sandwich in a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side, or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
