  1. 4 cups 948ml Water

  2. 4 Tea bags

  3. 1 Gingerroot (3 to 4-inch) - thinly

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated orange peel (1 to 2 tablespoons)

  5. 4 sections Mint

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Heat water to boiling. Add tea bags, gingerroot and orange peel; remove from heat. Steep 10 minutes; remove tea bags. Let stand 30 to 60 minutes. Place mint in ice-filled glasses. Strain tea over ice. Strain and refrigerate any remaining tea.
