  1. 4 dollops of Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise

  2. 60ml fat free natural yoghurt

  3. Lemon juice to taste

  4. 2 tsp mild curry powder

  5. 2 tbsp mango chutney

  6. 500g cooked chicken or turkey

  7. 30g finely sliced red onion

  8. 80g salad leaves

  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, mild curry powder, fat free natural yoghurt, lemon juice and mango chutney.

  2. Chop some cold cooked turkey or chicken and add to the mix.

  3. Stir through the finely sliced red onion.

  4. Mix well and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes (optional).
