  1. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Wild rice - cooked

  2. 1 Apple - chopped

  3. 1 cup 237ml Seedless grapes

  4. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - chopped

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Mayonnaise

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Plain low-fat yogurt

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped dry roasted peanuts

  1. Combine all ingredients except nuts in a bowl.

  2. Toss to mix.

  3. Cover and chill thoroughly, about 3 to 4 hours.

  4. Sprinkle the nuts on top just before serving.
