Fried Fish and Zucchini in Hoisin SauceRecipe

    1. 500 g 90 g 50 g 1/2 pc

    2. 1 tbsp Sauce Mix Hoisin Sauce

    3. 5 tbsp Panda Brand Oyster Sauce

    4. 1 tbsp Water

    5. 6 tbsp Corn starch

    6. 1/2 tsp

    1. Mix fish with marinade. Dust fish fillet with corn starch and fry in oil until cooked. Drain. Stir-fry zucchini, carrot and onion in 1 tbsp oil until tender. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Add fish fillet and stir well lightly.
