  1. 2 tablespoons butter

  2. 250 g peeled shrimps, cleaned and diced

  3. 2 medium potatoes or 500 g, boiled, peeled and mashed

  4. 2 tablespoons red capsicum pepper, chopped

  5. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

  6. 1 tablespoon spring onions, finely chopped

  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  9. Pinch of ground nutmeg

  10. 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  11. 1 sachet MAGGI® Coating Mix

  12. 2 cups oil for deep frying

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter then add and cook shrimps for 3-4 minutes or until shrimps are cooked. Remove and place in a bowl.

  2. Add mashed potato, red capsicum, parsley, spring onion and spices. Mix with a spoon until well combined.

  3. Form the mixture into medium balls shape which can make 12-15 balls. Place balls on a tray and put in fridge for ½ hour.

  4. Dip the balls in eggs then in the MAGGI® Coating Mix .

  5. Deep fry in 190°C preheated frying oil for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and serve.
