  1. Garlic Spinach

  2. 2 pounds fresh spinach, trimmed and rinsed

  3. 1/2 cup olive oil

  4. 4-5 large cloves of garlic

  5. Steam spinach until soft. Heat about 1/2

  6. cup extra virgin olive

  7. oil in a large saute pan along with about 4-5 large whole garlic

  8. cloves. Heat cloves till golden brown and remove from pan. Add

  9. spinach to the olive oil and saute a couple of minutes and serve.
