  1. 1-1/2 cups flour

  2. 2/3 cup butter, softened

  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar

  4. 1 egg

  5. 1 cup lemon curd

  6. 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

  7. 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

  8. 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

  9. 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest

  10. 1 cup raspberries

  11. 1 cup sliced strawberries

  12. 1/2 cup blueberries

  13. 3 Tbsp. strawberry jelly

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, butter, brown sugar and egg in a large bowl and mix until dough forms. Press mixture over bottom and sides of a 9" tart pan with a removable bottom. Bake for l14-16 minutes until the crust is light golden brown. Cool crust completely on wire rack. Combine lemon curd, cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a medium bowl. Beat with electric mixture until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until slightly firm. Just before serving, arrange berries on pie. Heat jelly in small saucepan just until melted. Carefully spoon over berries to glaze.
