  1. 1 lb. ground turkey

  2. 1 egg

  3. 1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

  4. 1/2 c. milk

  5. 1/ c. grated Parmesan cheese

  6. 1/2 tsp. oregano

  7. 1 tsp. parsley flakes

  8. 2 tsp. seasoned salt (lawreys)

  9. 2 tsp. garlic (minced)

  1. Combine all the ingredients together. Shape into 1½ inch meatballs using a small ice cream scoop. Place in covered skillet in oven 15 minutes (350 degrees). Keep turning meatballs over for even browning. Cook for about 15 minutes or until evenly browned. Drain liquid. Place meatballs in desired spaghetti sauce. Heat until sauce is hot and serve.
