  5. 1 teaspoon Turmeric

  7. 3 Tablespoons extra virgin Olive Oil

  8. 1 Tablespoon white wine Vinegar Salt and ground black pepper to taste

  9. 3 cups cooked Chicken, skinned and in bite-size pieces

  10. 3 stalks celery, cut in half moon slices

  11. 1 cup seedless red grapes, cut in halve

  12. 4 scallions, sliced thin

  13. 1/4 cup toasted slivered Almonds (or Pecans)

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, curry powder, honey, turmeric and coriander. Whisk in the olive oil, then the vinegar. Season with the salt and pepper. **Add the chicken pieces, grape halves, scallions and almonds (or pecans) to the dressing and toss all to coat well. **Serve alongside warmed Naan breads
