  1. 3/4 cup(s) sugar

  2. 4 large (about 2 pounds)

  3. ripe peaches , peeled and cut into 1/2-inch wedges

  4. 1/2 pint(s) raspberries

  5. 1 1/2 cup(s) 1 1/2 cups rose or blush wine

  6. 3 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice

  7. Mint sprigs for garnish

  1. In 1-quart saucepan, heat sugar and 1 cup water to boiling over high heat; boil 1 minute. Pour syrup into large bowl; cool to room temperature.

  2. To bowl with syrup, add peaches, raspberries, wine, and lemon juice; stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Garnish with mint to serve.
