  1. 3 cups orange juice

  2. 3 cups pineapple juice

  3. 1 tablespoon finely grated peeled fresh ginger

  4. 2 cups vodka

  5. 4 cups (32 ounces) chilled ginger ale or club soda

  6. Orange wedges, for garnish

  1. In a large pitcher, stir together orange juice, pineapple juice, ginger, and vodka (if using). Refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour (and up to 1 week). Just before serving, stir in ginger ale. Serve over ice, garnished with orange wedges, if desired.
