  1. 900 g 300 g 4 slices Green onion(s)

  3. Pure Sesame Oil

  4. 2 tsp Sugar

  5. 1 tbsp Salt

  6. 2 tsp Corn starch

  7. 2 tsp Sauce Mix

  8. Premium Dark Soy Sauce

  9. 2 tbsp Premium Soy Sauce

  10. 2 1/2 tbsp Water

  11. 1 L Sugar

  12. 3 tbsp Cooking Wine

  13. 2 tbsp

  1. Mix duck with marinade.

  2. Deep-fry taro in oil until golden yellow. Drain.

  3. Saute green onions and ginger in 1 tbsp oil. Add duck and stir-fry until light yellow. Add sauce mix and cook for about 30 minutes until tender.

  4. Add taro and cook until sauce thickens.
