  1. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Reduced-fat semisweet chocolate chips

  2. 3 1/2 tablespoons 52ml Chocolate-flavored syrup

  3. 1/3 cup 48g / 1.7oz Dried apricots - finely chopped

  4. 1/3 cup 13g / 1/2oz Nutlike cereal nuggets (such as Grape-nuts)

  5. 10 Reduced-fat chocolate wafers (such as Nilla) - crushed

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Powdered sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine chocolate chips and chocolate syrup in a small saucepan; cook over low heat until chips melt, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in apricots, cereal, and crushed cookies. Shape mixture into 24 (3/4-inch) balls, using a level tablespoon for each ball; place on wax paper. Roll balls in powdered sugar, if desired. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 24 balls (serving size: 1 ball).
