  1. 1 14 1/2 oz. College Inn ® Fat Free & Lower Sodium Chicken Broth

  2. 2 14 1/2 oz. Del Monte ® Italian Recipe Stewed Tomatoes

  3. 1 onion (small) chopped

  4. 1 green bell pepper (small) chopped

  5. 1 cup celery sliced

  6. 1 garlic clove minced

  7. 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

  8. 1 pkg. frozen okra

  9. 1/2 tsp. thyme

  10. 1/2 tsp. red pepper or red pepper flakes

  11. 1 lb. fish (firm) cut into 1 inch cubes

  12. 3/4 lb. shrimp (raw) peeled, deveined

  13. cooked rice

  1. Directions Cook onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic in oil in a large saucepan until tender-crisp. Stir in broth, tomatoes, okra, thyme and red pepper. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Stir in fish and shrimp. Cook until fish is opaque and just begins to flake. Serve in bowls, on top of a mound of rice.
