  1. 2-1/3 cups flour

  2. 1 cup brown sugar

  3. 1 cup granulated sugar

  4. 1-1/4 cups peanut butter

  5. 1/2 cup butter, softened

  6. 3 eggs

  7. 3/4 cup milk

  8. 1/4 cup light cream

  9. 2 teaspoons vanilla

  10. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  11. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  12. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  13. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  14. 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

  15. 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13" x 9" baking pan with nonstick baking spray containing flour and set aside.

  2. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, peanut butter, and butter and mix until crumbly. Remove 1-1/4 cups of this mixture and place in medium bowl.

  3. Add eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to mixture remaining in large bowl and beat until blended. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.

  4. Add semisweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and peanuts to streusel mixture in medium bowl and mix well. Sprinkle over batter in pan.

  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool cake completely on wire rack. Cut into squares to serve.
